It was a pleasure working with Sharndeep and Parminder as clients. At first, they couldn’t agree on a good location for the outdoor kitchen. Other prospective outdoor kitchen firms were requesting videos instead of an area site visit, which is, I believe, the primary reason I was selected for the project—despite the incredible effort I took to visit in person.
The property they had recently acquired really amazed me; it was a one-of-a-kind property with amazing gardens and a sizable house. I realised right away that we had to go all out to create a kitchen that blended in with the surroundings.
All About Outdoor Living realised right away that we had to go all out to create a kitchen that blended in with the surroundings. It needs to blend in as much as possible and couldn’t be very contemporary.
The best spot, which I suggested, was in a dead space by the pool. After we reached an agreement on this, I produced some designs, and we settled on the layout shown below.

Four weeks after we began work, the finished product was once more a superb illustration of what we can accomplish when creating custom outdoor kitchens on location. We had some challenges because of the extremely uneven ground and the wall that wasn’t square to the pool, but they were easily overcome.

Our expert stone masons at Asper Granite installed the granite. With the granite overhang at the far end, we created a bar and seating area. A double fridge and sink were installed, and there were numerous shelves and storage cabinets. For the BBQ, Shardeep chose an Extra Large Big Green Egg. This was a great option, and I have no doubt that once he learns how to use it, he won’t regret it.

Another fantastic project built for two of the most lovely clients and we truly hope they can enjoy the outdoor kitchen and bar area for years to come.
